You will receive an email after you request the CashGold kit which will include your personal tracking information. Once we receive your CashGold kit, we will inform you again via email acknowledging the receipt of your items. After evaluating your items, we will give you our best quote, and if you accept it, we will cut you a cheque and let you know when it will be mailed out. Should we have any problems with your items we will contact you via email or phone.
